EASTER EGG HUNT
The best 8 minutes of the Easter season. The annual Easter Egg Hunt held at Fort Washington State Day Park (East Mill Road) is a great day for the kids and adults of Springfield Township.
Easter Egg Hunt starts promptly at 10:00am.
TASTE OF SPRINGFIELD
Join other members of the Springfield community for a fun evening that includes delicious menu samplings from local restaurants, a beer and wine tasting, a cash bar, a Tombola and Silent Auction. As well as the famed COOKOFF between Springfield Township High School Students.
Funds raised by this event will benefit the Springfield High School Academic Groups, Shane’s Kindness, Progeria Research, the SUDC Foundation, and Oreland Lions Charitable Activities

4TH OF JULY PARADE
The Oreland Lions Club 4th of July Parade is a highlight of the Springfield Township summer vacation season. Help celebrate America's Independence with current and former neighbors and stop by the ball field for refreshments afterwards.
Oreland Lions Tip-Off Tournament
Come cheer on the hometown Spartan boys and girls basketball teams take on local high schools in the first games of the high school basketball season.
ABOUT
Becoming a member of the Oreland Lions Club means you have the opportunity to make a difference in your community. If you are someone who wants to help and do good things, we are your perfect destination.
We were chartered on April 10th, 1950 and have a long history of providing support for community oriented activities including; Collecting used eyeglasses to be recycled for those that cannot afford them, the Oreland-Wyndmoor Little League and raising money for various charities. We host an annual Easter Egg Hunt, July 4th Parade, Tip-off Basketball Tournament and a Christmas party for Children.
